Help and Tips to prevent migraine attacks

try Zoloft, it helps relax you so you won't get as many migraine attacks

I been taking Zoloft and it's been helping me allot.

I suffer tmj migraine headaches.  If you suffer migraine and/or tension headaches you will probably need to go to the doctor and get prescription pain medication.  And you can usually get 6 to 9 pills per month.  These types of pain pills can be dangerous and harm you in some way (I don't know - that's what a doctor told me before) if you take them to often.

I use to take Relpax and it is a great medication for migraines.  But now I'm on generic Imitrex and I get 9 pills per month.  I have also been taking Zoloft daily for maybe 3 months.

Certain foods might bring on migraine attacks.  For me the foods are:

peanut butter and chocolate

peanut butter

chocolate

artificial sweeteners (I've not had a diet soda in some years because it will trigger a very bad migraine for me)
